Everett has been in the diesel engine industry since 1976 which gives him expansive knowledge about the industry. Everett and his wife, Brenda, founded Hilliard Enterprises in 1989 and have since grown the company to it's current state today. Everett is an integral part of day to day operations at HEI, ensuring our staff learns from his vast experience and knowledge. Everett is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing with his friends and family. Everett and Brenda have two children, Emilia and Drake.

Brenda and Everett founded HEI in 1989, and have since remained active in the day to day operations of HEI. She has been very hands on since the founding of the company and continues to give her insight and expertise to HEI and its' employees. Brenda and Everett have two children, Emilia who is a student at the University of Arkansas and Drake, who is General Manager of HEI and Unipar.

Drake has been a near permant fixture at HEI his entire life. Beginning with spending time at HEI as a child as the "Little Boss", and working closely with his Dad, Everett, as a teenager, Drake has always taken an interest in the family business. After graduating from the University of Arkansas - Walton College of Business, Drake assumed the full time roll of General Manager of Unipar, LLC and remains a member of the staff for HEI. Drake is a former member of the Arkansas Razorbacks Football staff, and remains an avid supporter of Razorback Athletics. He enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time out on the lake with his friends and family. Drake and his wife Kaylee have two sons, Dakota and Maddox who both enjoy their time going to work with Drake and Everett.

Steve lives in Vilonia and has been at Hilliard Enterprises for 18 years starting in the warehouse and is currently over the sales department. Since he has been at HEI, he has gained an extensive knowledge of parts and their applications. They have a son and daughter and 5 grandchildren. Steve has been married to his wife Rhonda for 42 years. Steve's hobbies include hunting & fishing and anything to do with the grandkids.

Segio Martinez joined the HEI team to offer the high quality parts and services that HEI provides to customers in the United States and make them available to customers in Mexico. We offer spare parts for the marine industry and railway locomotives. EMD engines, GE engines, Turbos, Blowers, Oil and Water Pumps, Injectors and any part of the diesel engine. New, rebuilt, and Cores, we also rebuild the trucks of the locomotive.

Sergio brings decades of experience with the Mexican railroad network, and serves as a liason for sales to Mexico and other Latin American countries.

Earl Preston brings decades of experience to our team, stemming from his experience at MotivePower, Inc. in Boise, Idaho. Originally working in the shop, Earl worked his way up into Purchasing and Planning for the Engine Annex at MPI. His role directly managed inventory and planning for projects that require EMD and GE engine rebuild programs. Earl's knowledge and excellent logistics management skills assist our team in a maintaining our day to day operations.

David has more than 45 years in the railroad industry with various railroads across the country. A Journeyman Locomotive Machinist by trade, and serving as Chief Mechanical Officer at three railroad in his career, David offers valuable insight and experience to our sales team. David has years of experience with rebuilding EMD, GE, ALCO and even some Baldwin locomotives. His previous experience at railroads include Reading Railroad Company, ConRail, Alaska Railroad Corporation, St. Lawrence and Atlantic Railroad, New Hampshire Central Railroad, Providence and Worcester Railroad, and Genesee & Wyoming Railroad. David joined the HEI sales team in 2023, and is looking forward to meeting our valued customers, and helping new ones in the future.

Kenny Brucks lives in North Little Rock and is married to April, who he met while working at Hilliard Enterprises. Kenny has been working at Hilliard Enterprises for 10 years as a Warehouse Supervisor and in Shipping and Receiving. His hobbies include hunting and fishing, and he also enjoys wood working.

April has been working at Hilliard Enterprises for 15 years, starting as an receptionist and Everett's assistant and then moving into Accounts Payables and then into Accounts Receivables. Currently, April manages the high speed engine division for HEI. April is married to Kenny Brucks and together they have 3 grown girls. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and fishing.
